I thought you were generous to offer a partial bill at first - but totally agree when you said "Nope. Now pay it in full." Nice.<br /><br />It comes from two places - people's extreme sense of entitlement [since when was everyone so important anymore?] and the fact that so many business will JSY [just say yes] to a customer to retain business or high satisfaction scores. People have become accustomed to getting their way - and free food - by complaining. It's ridiculous.<br /><br />The only time I will ask that something be removed from my bill is when I have tasted it ONCE and i was cold/too salty/whatever. But if I am going to sample half of it I darn sure am going to pay. I hate that crap.<br /><br />Good job.
