Thanks to Flygirl (Elyse) and Keeneye for their comments but after putting on a counter, I have found that the blog is really not well seen (16 hits and at least 6 are my own).
Any suggestions on how to increase this viewage? If you have come on from the title, just look at my previous post for details.
Also, I am working on our next big Texas Holdem event. The dates will be October 1st and 2nd. The event name will be "Jake's World Series of Holdem for Habitat". The reason for a two day event will be because the main event (2nd) will be for the winners of one of our previous tourneys. The 1st event will give more people the chance as every table will be considered a final table and thus 4 to 5 more winners will be able to come to the next night. The prize for the ultimate winner of the event will be two nights on the beach at the Oregon Coast.
More details will follow. BTW, Joe from FoxTV won for the second time last night. Joe has shown to be quite a good player and to my knowledge has only been out of the final table once since he started playing.

Update your blog more frequently... even if it's a short post.
Write more about the behind-the-scenes at Jake's. Your customers, the mistakes that happen, the compliments, etc. While reading about the day-to-day life of an electrician would be blah, hearing about what a restaurant owner goes through is interesting. We all eat out, and most would be curious to hear about more daily shenanigans.
Have contests on your blog.
...and comment on other blogs with a link back to your site. It will help you to find new readers. Check out BendBlogs.com to find some blogs that are of interest to you. Be sure to comment on any posts that are interesting.
Another thing - I use Bloglines to read your blog, and in doing so, it might not show up as a "hit" on your counter. Keep that in mind when mulling over your stats.

I love that you run Holdem for Habitat and I'm going to try to get out there for a game one of these times. Anyway, let me know about any promotions and I'll help spread the word.

The biggest thing I'd say is put your blog on a non blogspot address, or at least redirect jakesdiner.com (or something similar) to your blog, and then advertise the address on your menus, receipts, counter, etc... to dang near everybody that comes in.
You know how to contact me if you need help with any of that -- my family likes eating there, so maybe we can work out a trade ;-)
WOW... tried the Elvis this morning and it's decadent. I could only manage a couple of bites.
